WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION

Every session is shaped by what is present, in you, in the room, in the moment. I show up fully and work from there.
A session might draw on clinical hypnosis and guided trance, shamanic journeying, somatic awareness, symbolic and archetypal exploration, or precise language work from NLP. Often it is a weave of several of these, shaped by what the work is calling for. Sometimes it is quiet and internal. Sometimes it is direct and confronting. Always it goes somewhere real.
Hypnotherapy works directly with the nervous system and the deeper layers of how you have learned to respond, survive, and protect yourself. We are working at the level where the pattern actually lives. That is what makes the change last.
