After your consultation, we’ll begin at a pace that feels right for you, sometimes direct, sometimes meandering, always led by what’s unfolding in the moment. Safety and understanding are the foundation. From there, the change we create together can be profound.

I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
This is not a therapy session. It’s a short conversation where I will ask myself: “Can I help you?” If I don’t feel I’m the best option for you, I’ll be honest. My diary is busy, and I don’t have space for half-hearted encounters this time is for people genuinely considering working with me.
During the consultation you will:
Have the chance to ask me questions about how I work.
Get a clear sense of whether my approach feels right for you.
What we won’t do in this call:
Go into your personal history in depth.
Begin therapeutic processes.
Those belong in a full session, where I can be fully present with you and ensure you feel safe.
