Foundation is built around three interlocking pillars: sacred engagement, powerful language, and the beginnings of spiritual transmission.

Sacred Engagement

Sacred engagement is the ability to meet another person at a deeper level — to be genuinely present, to see what is really there rather than simply what the surface presents, and to hold space for what is true without flinching.

It is a quality of attention that most training programmes never address. It is what begins to distinguish a practitioner who is technically competent from one who can genuinely meet another human being in the depth of their experience.

Powerful Language

Language can shape experience.

You will learn to use words with greater precision, exploring the foundations of Ericksonian hypnosis and language: suggestion, metaphor, embedded commands, the Meta Model, and the language of possibility.

This is language designed to reach beyond the defending, explaining and performing mind — to loosen what has become fixed and open new possibilities for perception and experience.

You will also begin to explore the language of the soul: the symbolic language of image, metaphor, story, dream and myth through which the deeper psyche often speaks.

The Sacred Alchemy Framework

Running through the whole of Foundation is the Sacred Alchemy framework itself: the Jungian map of the psyche, the shamanic understanding of the inner world and the alchemical arc of transformation.

Together, these provide a map for exploring what lies beneath the surface of ordinary experience.

You will leave Foundation with a richer vocabulary for inner work, a deeper quality of presence, practical foundations in hypnosis and powerful language, and a framework for understanding what you may have always sensed:
