A six-month circle for people who are ready to do the deeper work, held across six sessions, returning to the same group, building trust and depth over time.
The Alchemical Heart is for those who sense that something in them is ready to shift, but needs a container that goes beyond a single day. Each session draws on Sacred Alchemy, hypnosis, Jungian depth work, shamanic practice, and somatic process, and the circle itself becomes part of the medicine. Who you are in relation to others. What the group reveals. What only becomes visible when you keep showing up.

Whether you're at a crossroads, navigating change, seeking a deeper relationship with yourself, or simply know there is more of you waiting to emerge, this circle offers the time and continuity for lasting inner work. In person- Leicester. Places are limited.
The Journey
The Alchemical Heart follows an archetypal map of transformation. While each gathering has a guiding theme, the work is responsive to the needs of the group. We don't follow a script; we follow the psyche. The themes provide a shared thread that helps us make sense of the journey as it unfolds.
Session One — The Call Saturday 12th September 2026, 9.30am
Beginning the journey. Creating the circle, setting intentions, exploring the patterns that have brought you here and listening for what is asking to emerge.
Session Two — The Descent Saturday 10th October 2026, 9.30am
Meeting the shadow with curiosity. Exploring unconscious patterns, projections and the parts of ourselves that have been hidden, rejected or forgotten.
Session Three — The Belly of the Whale Saturday 5th December 2026, 9.30am
A time of surrender and transformation. Working with dreams, symbolism, hypnosis, embodied process and the wisdom that often emerges when we stop striving and begin listening.
Session Four — The Turning Saturday 9th January 2027, 9.30am
Recognising what has shifted. Exploring new perspectives, authentic choice and the movement from old adaptations towards a more conscious way of being.
Session Five — Gathering the Gold Saturday 6th February 2027, 9.30am
Recovering the strengths, insights and gifts discovered along the way. Integrating learning and recognising the value hidden within life's challenges.
Session Six — Coming Home Saturday 6th March 2027, 9.30am
Completing the circle, honouring the journeym integrating what has been learned and considering how to carry this work into everyday life.
Each gathering draws upon Sacred Alchemy, Jungian depth psychology, hypnosis, shamanic practice and embodied approaches. While every session has a guiding theme, no two circles are ever the same.
The direction of the work is shaped by the individuals present, allowing the group to respond to what is most alive and meaningful in the moment.
