I have over 20 years experienced working full time as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, mentor and facilitator.

My career started in Mental health as a teenager which led me to employment with various mental health services (NHS, LCC, RETHINK mental illness, The Home Office, Strides Leicester and various charities)

Common issues that bring people to me are:
